1. Terms
By using Ski Tracks Lite & GPS Maps, you agree to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials contained in this App are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App;
- remove any copyright or proprietary notations;
- transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Ski Tracks Lite & GPS Maps at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials.
3. User Accounts
Users may create an account to access additional features. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for losses caused by failure to protect your account.
4. Disclaimer
The materials are provided on an “as is” basis. Ski Tracks Lite & GPS Maps makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or results of use of the materials within the App.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Ski Tracks Lite & GPS Maps or its suppliers be liable for damages including loss of data, profit, or business interruption arising out of use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
6. Accuracy of Materials
The materials may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that materials are accurate, complete, or current, and may update them at any time without notice.
7. In-App Purchases
You may subscribe to “Weekly Premium” for unlimited access to features. This subscription includes:
- Create unlimited posts, edit likes, date and verified badge. Create unlimited messages in chats and many other features.
Weekly Premium offers 7 days free, then €4.99 / $4.99 per week. Prices may vary by country.
8. Payment Information
Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewals are charged within 24 hours before expiration.
Subscriptions can be managed through iTunes Account Settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active period. Unused free trial portions are forfeited.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activity. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
10. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
